We are committed to supporting you and the communities we serve, and we are taking all measures necessary to guaranteeing service provision while protecting the health and safety of our employees. Through our business continuity planning, we aim to minimize disruption so we can continue to source and deliver the products that our customers need. We have formulated our response plan in partnership with our expert medical advisors, considering advice from global bodies such as the World Health Organization, Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local government recommendations and requirements. The impact of this pandemic requires a change in our business processes to protect our employees , contractors and customers. This may include a travel ban for our employees, except for mission critical client assignments and visits to our oces may be limited to essential meetings only with specic site entry restrictions. We are taking steps to provide accurate, up-to-date, informed communications by staying connected to appropriate and reliable resources. Our teams have been encouraged to take advantage of our virtual infrastructure to conduct business by phone and remote (web/video) conferencing tools. These are challenging times, but we can face them through enhanced solidarity. Prevention is still our main focus, so we are encouraging all our stakeholders to take every precaution necessary to stay healthy. In the coming days and weeks, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and to adjust our policies and provide updates as needed.
